A: RFE works nationally, wherever in the country forensic engineering services are needed. Most assignments are in the following states: Indiana, Illinois, Kentucky, Michigan, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia.

Q: How soon can you take care of this?
A: RFE responds as soon as possible, given the constraints of prior commitments. RFE engineers understand the urgency of different types of losses, and always make clients aware of scheduling, to permit clients the option of making other arrangements if they feel the need.

A: RFE bills by the hour, as outlined in our Schedule of Professional Fees.

Q: What do you do if you need expertise not found in-house?
A: If needed expertise is not available in-house, RFE engineers discuss this with their clients, and then engage the services of special consultants.
